One of the biggest mistakes I ever made was refusing to seek help in finding relief from my hemorrhoids pain.

  2. Drink water: You don’t have to drink too much, 6-8 cups per day. Try this, drink one glass of water per hour while you at work. You may need to use the restroom a lot, but that’s actually healthy for you.
  3. Exercise at least three times a week for 30 minutes. Hemorrhoids tend to flare up when we sit too long or when we aren’t very active.
  4. Eat cereal, whole wheat bread, fruits and raw vegetables to get more fiber. Try cutting up an apple each morning and bringing the slices with you to work. Have that for a snack.
